After numerous tests and exams by medical staff, there was still no answer to my symptoms. Soon after that I was referred to a chiropractor. The chiropractor found misalignments in my spine that were decreasing nerve function to my body. Shortly after receiving chiropractic adjustments, all my symptoms were gone! The adjustments allowed my body to function better than ever, so I continued to play rugby for 8 more years at the national and international level. Due to the benefits I received from adjustments, I decided to change my career choice of becoming an orthopedic surgeon to becoming a chiropractor who specializes in family health, sports injuries and maximizing quality of life.
I attended the University of Western Ontario, completing my pre-med degree in Kinesiology (the study of anatomy and physiology of the human body). I continued with my Doctorate in Chiropractic and graduated from the prestigious Palmer School of Chiropractic in Iowa. While in my final year at Palmer, I was able to spend a month in Vietnam traveling throughout the country and providing Chiropractic Care at various hospitals. True health and wellness have become my life passion, and I continue to attend post-doctorate seminars to further my research and education.
Whatever state of health you are currently in - acute injuries, nagging aches and pains, or more serious chronic conditions - you have my word that I will do all I can to bring you the highest level of health possible.
